Return to the TopOffice Outlook

1. Open Office Outlook, go to Tools, and choose E-mail Accounts....

Step 1

2. You should see a wizard pop up. In this first part, choose the Add a new e-mail account option, and click the Next button.

3. On the Server Type page of the wizard, choose the POP3 option, and click the Next button.

Step 3

4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) page of the wizard, enter the following information:
User Information
Your name - This is what other people see when they receive an email from you.
E-mail Address - This is your @indco.net email address
Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3) - Enter pop.indco.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) - Enter smtp.indco.net
Logon Information
User Name - Enter your username if it is not already there
Password - Enter your password

5. On the Congratulations page of the wizard, click the Finish button.

Return to the TopOutlook Express

1. Open Outlook Express, go to Tools menu and select Accounts....

2. When the Internet Accounts window appears, click on the Mail tab. Click the Add button, then click Mail....

Step 2

3. Enter your Display Name. (This is your full name as you would like it to appear when you send messages to other people.) Then click Next.

Step 3

4. Enter your E-mail Address.
This is the address that your contacts' email program will reply to your messages and the same address that will get recorded in your contacts' address book if they add you as a contact.

Step 4

5. Ensure that your incoming mail server is set to a POP3 server.
Enter pop.indco.net in the "Incoming Mail Server" field.
Enter smtp.indco.net in the "Outgoing Mail Server" field.
Do NOT to check the box next to Outgoing Server Requires Authentication

6. Ensure your username is correct next to Account name and enter your password next to Password.

7. Click Finish.

Return to the TopMozilla Thunderbird

1. Open Thunderbird, go to File, click on New, and then click on Account....

Step 1

2. Click Email account, then click Next.

Step 2

3. Enter your Display Name. (This is your full name as you would like it to appear when you send messages to other people.).
Enter your E-mail Address, then click Next.

Step 3

4. Ensure POP is selected in the type of incoming server you are using.
Enter pop.indco.net in the "Incoming Mail Server" field, then click Next.

Step 4

5. Ensure your username is in the Incoming User Name box. If it is not, Enter it here.

Step 5

6. Ensure your email address is in the Account Name box. If it is not, Enter it here.

Step 6

7. Verify all settings are correct, then click Finish.
If you have had a previous email set up on this computer, you may need to change your Outgoing Server Name (SMTP) after clicking Finish.

Return to the TopWindows Vista Mail

1. Open Windows (Vista) Mail, go to Tools and select Accounts....

2. Click the "Add..." button.

3. Make sure Email Account is selected and click on Next button.

Step 3

4. Enter your Display Name. (This is your full name as you would like it to appear when you send messages to other people.) Then click Next.

5. Enter your E-mail Address.
This is the address that your contacts' email program will reply to your messages and the same address that will get recorded in your contacts' address book if they add you as a contact.

6. Click Next.

7. Within the 'Setup e-mail servers' screen:
Select POP from the list of server types.
Enter pop.indco.net in the "Incoming Mail Server" field.
Enter smtp.indco.net in the "Outgoing Mail Server" field.
Do NOT to check the box next to Outgoing Server Requires Authentication

Step 6

8. Click Next.
9. Ensure your username is correct next to Email Username and enter your password next to Password.

Step 7

10. Click Next.
12. Make sure 'Do not download my e-mail and folders at this time' checkbox is checked and click "Finish" button to return to your account list.
