We can only reload the operating system if there is a valid CD-Key (License) for the operating system. In some cases, the hard drive will have to be (re)formatted to complete the restore. We are NOT responsible for backing up customer data. If we have to format, any and all data on the hard drive will be lost. Customers should back up data before bringing their computer into the shop.
